frequently asked questions
what makes each product special?
- My prints are double sided with descriptions of each artwork on the back
- All prints are hand signed
- Most of my originals come within a frame ready to hang and enjoy!
shipping policy
- Please expect 24 hours to process your order, and expect an email within 2-14 days letting you know your package is on its way!
-For purchase of originals, please allow 2-14 business days for shipment, this is too accomodate for the specific packaging material requirements so the artwork can arrive as protected as possible.
- Domestic shipping price of general products is a flat rate of $15, to be delivered within 2-8 business days after shipment. Domestic shipping of originals is $35 to accomodate weight increase of package, and extra packaging supplies for its upmost protection.
- International shipping available to all major regions and zones in the world. Standard international shipping of general products is AUD$35. Shipping price of originals changes zone by zone due to its weight, it ranges between AUD$40-$74. Delivery times of International shipping varies, please expect a couple of weeks!
how are the products shipped?
- Prints and stickers are currently shipped in rigid mailers to ensure no curls or dents to the product.
- Originals are shipped in super flat rigid mailers, protected by bubble wrap, to ensure their safe delivery.
- recyclable packaging is used as much as possible, sustainability is one of my BIGGEST priorities. One of my major goals in expansion of my business is to have %100 recyclable and compostable packaging, after I find the right suppliers and it’s within my budget.
how long will it take for my order to be shipped?
Please be patient and remember I am a small independent artist doing most of this by myself. It should not take longer than 1 week for me to fulfill your order, in the case it takes longer you will be notified and I appreciate your understanding.
what happens if my order is damaged in transit?
Please let us know through our email butturbum@gmail.com and ENSURE you send photos of the damaged package upon arrival. Photos must be of the package and of the internal damage.
I can offer financial compensation in the form of a refund, or store credit towards a new item!
am i able to track my order?
Yes! Tracking will be available on every single order. To track your order, go to Auspost.com.au, find the tools section, go to “track my order,” put in your tracking number (found in your shipment confirmation email) and you will be able to see its progress!
what happens if my order is lost in transit?
In the case your order never comes (which would absolutely break my heart) we will investigate with Auspost if no solutions arise we will offer you a refund or store credit.
